Green teas to keep memory
Researchers say that greenish drinking can improve memory. It also helps to combat obesity and insulin resistance. The researchers from the North West A & F University in China have been studying these rats after studying the rats.
Catechin-3-gallate (EGC) is the substance that is most common in green tea. Researchers said that high-fat high fructose (HFFD) may reduce insulin resistance. Raticles were divided into two groups for 16 weeks. One group had food with HFFD and another one with EGC. The researchers said that the dietary supplementation of EGCs with dietary supplements has shown little weight and has improved results in memory tests.
